ARCA's projects focus on uplifting and serving our community, weaving our own initiatives with collaborative efforts alongside esteemed organizations.
Basic First Aid Course 2024
ARCA organized a Basic First Aid Course. With the help of Mr. Chan from IFRC and his dedicated team to lead the course and equip the participants with essential first aid skills. 10th KL Air Scouts and 5th KL Land Scouts joined us on the informative lectures, practical sessions, and live simulations.
Oasis Place 2024
ARCA joined Oasis Place's bootcamp for neurodivergent individuals again after 2 years! We interacted with campers who have autism, ADHD, OCD, and Down syndrome. The camp allowed us to better understand how underrepresented the neurodivergent community is and how camps like this can help make a difference.
Blood Drive 2024
ARCA worked with Pusat Darah Negara Mid Valley, KL to hold a blood donation event, encouraging participants to give a part of themselves to save others.
10th KL Campfire 2024
After three years of slumber, the 10th KL Annual Campfire is back. Our fellow rovers passionately planned and performed a sketch titled "Tiger Hunt" to start off the campfire night.
10th KL and ARCA Crossover 2024
Stepping into adulthood, senior scouts from the 10th KL Air Scouts Group participated in the crossover ceremony to enter the Squires as a prelude to becoming a Rover of ARCA.
BB Rover Council AGM 2024
Bukit Bintang Rover Council held the annual general meeting in March 2024 with and council members, including a fellow rover in Ireland!
Friends of Sg Klang River Three
ARCA has collaborated with the Friends of Sungai Klang River Three (ART!) to aid in its effort to combat pollution in the Klang River and its upkeep. Read more

Christmas Dinner 2023
ARCA organised a Christmas-themed dinner, inviting other rover crews to reflect on and celebrate our scouting accomplishments and camaraderie of the year 2023.
BB Rover Council Officiation Ceremony 2023
All Bukit Bintang rover crews were invited to have a BBQ dinner and partake in the Bukit Bintang Rover Council Officiation Ceremony.
Uniform Body Camp 2023
Rover Crews from Bukit Bintang district had helped to facilitate the SJK(C) Jalan Davidson campfire for school students.
Oasis Place x Malaysia Day 2022
ARCA and other Bukit Bintang rover crews were invited by Oasis Place to attend this boot camp to celebrate and bring awareness to neurodiversity within the community.
